Welcome

Having worked in the film and TV business for many years, it came as a big surprise to find that I had a novel in me, particularly a crime thriller – which went on to become an Amazon bestselling book. Despite having written a multitude of scripts and treatments – primarily for films I was due to produce – becoming a bestselling author was never a consideration.

However, I found writing Fatal Consequences was such a pleasurable experience I decided to write a sequel, with the two main protagonists, Grant and Francesca. My second crime book, entitled Bay of Killers, was published by Endeavour Media in July 2018.

I am planning to complete the series with a further three books. My third novel, Blind Justice, is set in India, and is due to be published in 2023.

Like many writers, I find the whole writing experience quite cathartic, especially as my debut crime thriller was based on true events. Sometimes real life occurrences, and the things that people are capable of doing to each other, are more shocking than fiction itself.

RETRIBUTION PRODUCTIONS (the film company owned by Paul Sinclair and John Luton) signed a co-production agreement with the Los Angeles-based studio Buffalo 8 Productions (part of the Bondit media group) to bring their whodunnit movie project to the big screen in 2023. The working title of the screenplay (written by John) is Retribution.

UPTONE PICTURES INC., the US production company, commissions Paul to write a screenplay for the movie project entitled Call Sign Romeo.

BAY OF KILLERS sales momentum still strong as it hits the No. 14 spot in the international Amazon bestseller rankings for crime books.

BAY OF KILLERS – the sequel to Fatal Consequences – is published by Endeavour Media, and reaches No. 6 in the Amazon bestseller charts for crime fiction in its first month.
